Administrative Coordinator (Maintenance Dept) - Corolla Classic Vacations By Wyndham Vacation Rentals
Answer and return all phone calls and emails from employees and customers.
- Enter, assign, update, and close out work orders.
- Distribute work to field employees and follow up with completion, ensuring work order notes are accurately updated and next steps required are clearly defined.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors.
The schedule for this position is 5 days a week (3 weekdays 9am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: One year office experience preferred. Computer skills are required. Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
