We currently have two2) openings for Bilingual Customer Service Associates to join our Wyndham Rewards Team at our Wyndham Operation Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick!  You can begin a new experience by joining this team who provides Count On Me! Service to our over 12 million Wyndham Rewards Loyalty Program Members and Franchisees.
 
As a valued associate in our inbound environment, you respond to our customer's inquiries and providing effective resolutions that requires you to conduct effective research and maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.   Your ability to sell and promote Wyndham products, and successfully transfer customers to our alliance partners,  supports your achievement in meeting your goals and earning incentives! 
Qualifications
Your background will include:
  • Minimum of Grade 12/ GED Diploma
  • A minimum of one to two years of solid customer service experience
  •  
An asset in your background is:
  • Previous experience in Hospitality industry
  • Communicate effectively in French and English both verbally and written
 You have the proven ability to:
  • Persuade and influence customers while providing Count On Me!  Service
  • Make sound decisions using good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Be proactive with strong time management skills
  • Act with integrity and be accountable
  • Effectively use multiple computerized applications simultaneously
