 Responsibilities/Job Duties
1.     Verification and validation of bank deposits and marketing guests invitations
2.     Preparation of cash and cash equivalents for daily Safe Deposit boxes.
3.     Verification and validation of daily premium gifting and cash reconciliation reports.
4.     Ensures all marketers' deposit transactions are in accordance with standard policies and procedures
5.     Provide back up support to Marketing Administration
6.     Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash.
7.     Validation and review of CRS data entry for CMP Payroll and Cash/Cash Equivalents.
8.     Ensures all gifting transactions are in accordance with standard policies and practices. 
9.     Provide back-up support to Gifting and Tour Reception clerks if necessary
10.  Light Office work (copy, fax, mail)
11.  Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Cash Handling Experience
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime as required by business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Central Reservation System (CRS) preferred
  • Must pass Alpha Numeric Data Entry and Cash Handling tests
  • Two to three years of customer service experience.
  • Professional business appearance, positive and upbeat attitude and effective communication skills.
  • One or two years of working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have the ability to multi task and good organizational skills
