Summary

The job of a Marketing Admin Coordinator is a highly focused position to ensure a service-oriented and professional working environment.  This position supports general resort, sales and marketing operations by facilitating and transporting guest to the various Towers at the Resort.

Responsibility

Engage with guests throughout the check-in process up to but not limited to check in questions, assistance with Front Desk and Resort personnel, and relaying guests to the Marketing Desk.

Ensure that each arrival is directed from the check in desk to the marketing desk, which may include quickly moving to greet guests at various points in the lobby to direct them to the marketing desk.

Expected to run reports to identify the arrivals that were missed throughout the day and deliver door hangers to those guests’ rooms.

Ensure that each guest is directed from the gifting/front desk to the proper shuttle area, which may include quickly moving to greet guests at various points in the lobby to direct them to the appropriate location.

Communicate with other departments as needed via telephone or radio

Perform special projects as requested by department management

Walk or operate a golf cart to deliver the guests to the various Towers at the Resort.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

 

·         Associate Degree or equivalent from a 2 year college; or 6 months to 1 year related education and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

·         Ability to provide exceptional customer service

·         Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Possesses productive, energetic, and self-motivated attributes

·         Advanced experience in word, excel and windows

·         Previous office experience in a professional setting

·         Knowledge of Wyndham Vacation Ownership

·         Ability to type 40 words per minute

·         Must have excellent Excel skills
