We are looking for a high performing and energetic Office Administration Manager to join our growing Shoal Bay sales site! 

The Role
  • The Office Administration Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all sales administration functions.
  • Full-time, permanent position for a positive and energetic administration professional with proven leadership skills
  • Tracking and reporting on all sales as required by Finance Department and Payroll to ensure commissions, bonuses are paid correct and as scheduled
  • Experience in rostering, training and supervision of sales administration staff
  • Maintain key relationships with sales team and customers to ensure all guests have a positive experience.
  • Run the day to day operation in our sales office, including contract preparation, reporting and logistics.
