Sales and Customer Service Representative
Our Vacation Sales and Service Associate’s send members on the vacations of their dreams through sales and customer service. RCI is a vacation ownership exchange company. The associate’s job is to interact with RCI/Wyndham members over the phone and on the computer to help them book their vacation as well as offering them additional services and membership options. No cold calls to the general public- we only call and receive calls from our members!
The starting pay rate is $14.00 per hour, within the first year the job will move to an alternate pay scale with additional incentives. Associates are also eligible for an annual sales bonus of up to $3,000. Our associates also get free resort accommodations and an annual Vacation Allowance!

Sales, customer service and call center experience helpful, but not necessary. We have successful vacation guides from diverse backgrounds including fast food, retail, real estate, education, hospitality, travel.
Your work schedule will include working evenings (latest shift ends at 11pm) and weekends. You must be available for training Monday - Friday, noon-8:00pm, for 8-12 weeks.
Bi-lingual Spanish or French experience a plus.
