Now Hiring Outbound Call Center Agent  
 
We are looking for experienced, motivated, sales driven individuals to work, learn and grow within Wyndham.  As a member of the Outbound Owner Team, you will sell vacation packages over the phone to Wyndham reward customer, our owners, and our partner customers.  No cold calling!  These heavily discounted packages are designed to showcase Wyndham, largest timeshare provider in the world.
 
Job Summary: 
  • Perform outbound calls to Wyndham Reward Customers, Guest and Owners
  • Sell vacation packages to our beautiful resort  
  • Warm Calls Only (No Cold Calling)
  • Perform in an ethical manner    
Benefits: 
  •  $41,500 - $75,000 a year   
  • Weekly Compensation with daily incentive competitions
  • New Hire Compensation Plan- $15 per hour plus commission during first 6 weeks

Qualifications
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
  •     Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
  •     Excellent communication skills
  •     Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server or marketing experience
  •     Ability to overcome objections
  •     Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
